Some audio devices take too long to wake up and you miss a bit of audio. Turn on Prevent Sleep to keep the system default audio device awake.
Need to focus when you’re in a particular app? Turn on Do Not Disturb and when that app is in front all other background apps are muted.
Do Not Disturb is great for videoconferencing when you don’t want your background apps interrupting the conversation.
